Filem Sesuatu Yang Tertinggal bergenre seram ini mengisahkan enam orang penghuni rumah anak yatim, Arshad, Mona, Zakiah, Ashraf , Daud dan Murni yang melalui satu pengalaman yang menghantui mereka ketika menetap di sebuah rumah lama. Cerita bermula apabila mereka dan penghuni-penghuni Rumah Anak Yatim Setia harus berpindah ke sebuah rumah yang telah diwakafkan oleh seorang lelaki. Rumah itu adalah milik arwah datuknya.

Sebuah almari antik telah dijumpai oleh anak-anak yatim tersebut semasa proses pembersihan dan mereka mengambil keputusan untuk mengalihkan almari itu ke bilik yang lain. Semasa mereka memindahkan almari tersebut, ia tergelincir dan menyebabkan lantai kayu usang terkopak. Arshad menjumpai sebuah cermin muka tua melalui celahan bahagian yang terkopak dan menghadiahkan kepada Mona tanpa mengetahui bahawa cermin itu bakal menjerumuskan mereka ke ambang kemisterian. Mona berubah sikap.

Bella, pelajar yang sering memperlekehkan Mona di sekolah dan seorang pengawas sekolah yang menyukai Mona telah dikejutkan dengan peristiwa ngeri yang menimpa mereka. Daud pula cuba meyakinkan Arshad bahawa Mona telah dirasuk melalui penelitiannya terhadap komik-komik seramnya. Akhirnya mereka merancang sesuatu untuk memerangkap kuasa yang telah mendampingi Mona. Berjayakah mereka? Apakah sebenarnya yang mengganggu hidup Mona? Adakah cermin lama dan almari antik yang berada di dalam rumah lama itu saling bersangkut paut?

PLOT MOVIE:

PLOT MOVIE:
The story begins when Mila, a girl plagued with acne, becomes too ashamed with her looks that she goes to see a local shaman to obtain a charm needle treatment. However, the treatment comes with the condition that Mila cannot look into the mirror for 44 days, to which she agrees. At work, Mila experiences a huge change in her life when men start giving her second looks and attention. Elated, Mila runs home to look into the mirror to see the change that has come over her, only to realise that she has broken the condition that she had been given. Her face then becomes uglier than before, and Mila returns to the shaman to restore her face, only to be given another condition much worse than before.



Sinopsis
Cerita bermula apabila Mila yang memiliki wajah berjerawat, malu dengan keadaan rupanya lalu berjumpa dengan seorang dukun bagi mendapatkan rawatan susuk. Pantang laranganya adalah Mila tidak boleh melihat cermin selama 44 hari. Di tempat kerjanya, Mila yang dahulunya langsung tidak dipandang oleh lelaki, mula menjadi siulan ramai. Mila tidak sabar untuk melihat wajah barunya dan dia melihat cermin. Wajah Mila bertukar menjadi hodoh dan Mila pergi berjumpa dukun yang sama untuk memulihkan wajahnya.

Setelah dipujuk dan dirayu, akhirnya dukun iaitu Mak Tom, memberitahu Mila bahawa satu-satunya cara untuk memulihkan wajahnya adalah dengan meminum darah 9 gadis sunti. Mila mengekori Shima ke tandas dan membunuhnya serta meminum darahnya. Shima adalah anak kepada Mak Tom. Mak Tom bertekad untuk membalas dendam terhadap kematian anaknya dan memanggil Mila dengan mengatakan kononnya ada cara lain untuk mencantikkan kembali wajahnya. Mak Tom melibas Mila dengan cangkul dan memasukkan tubuh Mila yang nyawa-nyawa ikan ke dalam lubang yang telah digalinya. Sebelum ditimbus, Mila sempat menyumpah yang dia akan membunuh anak-anak sunti keturunan Mak Tom. Mak Tom mempunyai seorang cucu, Tini dan Mak Tom bimbang Tini akan menjadi mangsa dendam Mila maka Mak Tom sentiasa bersikap dingin terhadap Tini. Hantu Mila(hantu kum-kum) sering merayau dan menggangu orang kampung.

Pada suatu hari, Mak Tom meninggal dan wajahnya berulat dan dipenuhi lipas dan serangga. Rahsia Mak Tom terbongkar apabila Adi, anak lelaki Mak Tom pergi berjumpa Mak Leh, ibu saudaranya, untuk mendapatkan penjelasan tentang hantu Mak Tom dan hantu Shima yang menganggunya. Adi menyuruh isterinya, Nurul, membawa anak mereka pulang ke KL. Di KL, hantu Mila mengekori Tini dan Nurul sehingga dirumah. Nurul mendapat panggilan dari Adi menyuruhnya mengunci semua pintu dan tingkap. Malangnya, Mila sudah berada didalam rumah dan sedang bermain dengan Tini. Nurul mengunci dirinya dan Tini di dalam bilik.

Di kampung, orang kampung sedang mengadakan upacara pengebumian mayat Mila. Adi bergegas pulang ke rumahnya di KL dan ketika tiba, Adi mendapati Tini berada di dalam bilik bersama hantu Mila dan sedang menjerit ketakutan. Adi berjaya membuka pintu dan mendapati hantu Mila sedang mengendong anaknya yang pengsan. Sebelum sempat hantu Mila menggigit leher Tini, hantu Mila menggelupur kerana pada ketika itu, di kampung, orang ramai sudah selesai mengebumikan mayat Mila dan sedang membaca Yassin. Di kubur Mila, kelihatan sorang wanita berjubah dan berhijab sedang berdiri tunduk melihat batu nisan.
